Northern Strategy and Operations is a young, dynamic organisation with a wealth of experience in researching, reviewing, analysing and improving business. It was created my Mike Cline-Hughes to deliver high quality service to clients in all sectors, linking the profit motive with the not-for-profit ethos.
Our reports are straight to the point and easy to read. We have high academic standards and our research will be careful, thorough and referenced, but we will always cut to the chase and summarise the improtant bits so you get the information that need to move your business forward.

Managing Museums, heritage sites and visitor attractions as well as multimillion pound turnover high street stores, not forgetting academic research. We blend all our inlfuences together and offer you the outcome. We are a learning organisation that not only gives high quality results, but also learns something from each client and that too becomes part of our data bank for the future.
If you were to ask what is the most important aspect of what we do it is undoubtedly to make a difference to the world by improving other peoples lives. It's rarely easy and there can be individuals that find it difficult to see the bigger picture positives when they themselves are adversely affected, but overall we work to improve the picture.
